Greg W. is a full time single father of three -- Aaron (15), Amelia (10), and Amanda (8). He used to work in the advertising field. “ I have been out of work for nearly two years and trying so desperately to find a job. I am on unemployment and it just isn't enough to get me and my children through. My children are the result of two marriages. I have full custody of all three. Here I am a full time dad trying so hard to find work while raising three kids. It is SO very stressful. I have literally three days of food in the refrigerator; thank goodness the kids receive breakfast and lunch at school. My utility bills are over the roof and our rent is late. My entire next unemployment check is going to pay some of the past due bills. I have visited churches and they have helped some. I am so thankful. I also have asked for help through city programs and have found that funds are in extremely limited supply. I have a couple of job prospects but they are slow to complete the hiring process. I have given each of the employers I have interviewed with every reason to say yes to hiring me. I really need help. I am doing the VERY BEST I can to stay afloat. And what I fear the most is becoming homeless with three children. I don't want to fail them. If you can help me relieve the stress of the bills.
