Michelle heads a family of 5 (her husband plus Ariel 5, Keith 12, and Theresa 15). Both Michelle and her husband work. Michelle can only work 8 days a month due to a back injury and her husband's paycheck goes to bills. The family receives $213 a month in food stamps but "for the 5 of us it doesn’t go far. We don’t have any food in the fridge but have been eating soup and Ramen noodles. We would love to be able to go get some meat, milk, bread and some things for us to eat other than soup. I just feel so bad that I can't go get food. I am not worried about me eating but my kids need to eat. I can go without eating; I have done it before. I don’t get child support for the older 2 anymore because their father is locked up. We just need some help with basic necessities and don’t know where else to turn. So please if someone could help it would greatly be appreciated. I have already gotten help from the local churches and can't use them again for at least 4 months.
