Carrie is a mother of 3: Sam (15), Hayden (10), and Phoebe (3). Two have special needs. Carrie works delivering fundraiser products for different Boy Scout & youth/school sports organizations. She only makes tips -- no base pay. Business is very slow during these tough economic times. Her husband was hurt at work and Worker's Comp is taking their time with a settlement. He hasn't received any payments. Carrie has been unsuccessful in finding a second job. They are having extreme difficulties paying rent/bills. All of their kids are in dire need of basics.
